Square or round drills?
You can choose between square or round drills, each having their own advantages. Square drills fit perfectly together, creating a seamless and detailed result without gaps. They give the artwork a stylish, mosaic-like appearance. Round drills, on the other hand, are easier and quicker to attach because their edges do not require perfect alignment, making painting relaxing and beginner-friendly. Choose what suits you best and enjoy the creative hobby!
What kind of image is best suited?
The best image is clear, well-lit, and at least 1000x1000 pixels. In portraits, faces should fill a large part of the image. Avoid group photos, dark images, and small social media images – they do not produce a good result.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
You can see a preview if you send us the desired image and size by email.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Each order is individually made from your image, so there is no right of return. However, our designers ensure the best possible outcome. If the product is defective or something is missing, please contact our customer service.
How long does it take to make a diamond painting from a picture?
A diamond painting from your photo is produced in 1–3 business days after the order. Delivery is via GLS Standard (4–8 business days) by default, or DHL Express (1–3 business days) if selected at checkout. Free GLS Standard shipping on orders over €80.
What size should I choose for my custom diamond painting?
Choose based on the detail in your photo. For portraits, we recommend at least 40x50cm – facial features look best in a larger personalized diamond painting. For pet photos, 40x40cm or 40x60cm works well. For group photos and landscapes, go as large as possible, e.g. 60x80cm or 60x120cm.
