Can you design it for me?
We can design the diamond painting from your photo. You can place an order here, then you only need to upload the image and we will handle the design.

How does the order process work?
The order process works in three steps: upload the image to the editor, choose the size, customize the diamond work to your liking, and add it to the cart. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will prepare your order in 1–3 business days and deliver it to you.
What kind of image is best?
The best photos have the face close up, good lighting, sharp focus, and a simple background.
Avoid: Group photos (faces will be too small), dark or blurry images.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days with GLS Standard. DHL Express (1–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Is there a return policy?
There is no return policy as each order is individually made from your image. You can cancel the order before production starts by contacting our customer service.
Drill Guarantee: If our product is missing drills, we will send replacements for free!
What if the image doesn't suit the diamond pattern?
The editor shows a preview before ordering. If you don't like the result, you can adjust the colors and sharpness or try another image. You only pay when you are satisfied.
What are special drills (AB/PD)?
Special drills are shiny special drills that add more life to the work.
Aurora Borealis (AB) reflects rainbow colors – suitable for sky, water, and eyes. Up to 3 colors can be selected.
Pixie Dust (PD) gives a pearlescent shine – suitable for snow and magic. Up to 1 color can be selected.

Is my image secure?
Your image is secure. Images are stored within the EU (Frankfurt) and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not share your images with third parties.
What does the package include?
The package includes everything needed: diamond painting canvas with printed pattern, all drills numbered, diamond pen, wax, sorting tray, and instructions.
