What is the wax in the kit for?
Wax gives the applicator tip enough grip to lift a drill from the tray and transfer it to the canvas. It is not a coating to spread over the picture: the canvas already has an adhesive surface. Check the supplied instructions before starting.
Why does a custom order to Denmark need time before dispatch?
Your image has to be made into a personalised kit, which usually takes 1–3 business days. Transport begins after dispatch. Review the separate production and delivery times if you are working towards a particular date.
