Deliveries inside the EU and outside the EU

Deliveries to the EU do not include customs fees or taxes, so the customer does not incur additional costs at the time of delivery. When ordering outside the EU, possible duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are paid to the courier during delivery.

Delivery times

GLS Delivery time is in Europe Usually 2-5 business days about the shipment. However, to some areas such as distant destinations or countries requiring customs clearance, delivery may even take 8 business days.

Delivery and Return Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery

We deliver orders worldwide. Delivery times vary by region and according to the delivery method:

• Finland: 1-3 business days
• EU countries: 1-5 business days
• Other World: 1-8 business days

Deliveries in the EU do not include customs fees or taxes. Outside the EU, any duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are paid to the courier at the time of delivery.

2. Return

In the EU, the customer has the right to return unused and sales products within 14 days of delivery. The shipping costs of the refund are the responsibility of the customer. Before the refund, the customer must contact us by email: info@paintbynumbers.fi.

Custom products (paintings made from the customer's image) are not covered by the return policy if the product has already begun.

Products ordered outside the EU will not have a return policy unless the product is defective.

3. Terms of payment

You can safely pay with the following payment methods:

• Shopify Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Paypal: supports multiple currencies and acts worldwide
• Paytrail: Finnish online banks, MobilePay, Pivo, transfer, as well as invoice and installment services (OP, Walley, Flexible, AfterPay)

All payments are safely processed through encrypted connections and payment information is not stored in e -commerce systems.

4. Complaints

5. Other conditions

The content of the online store (pictures, texts, logos and other materials) is protected by copyright. These conditions are subject to Finnish law.

All disputes will be resolved primarily by negotiation, and ultimately in the Helsinki District Court.
