Order conditions

By ordering and using our product or service, you are committed to these terms and conditions that the customer (individual or company) must read in its entirety. This is a prerequisite for ordering. The order forms an agreement that both the customer and Invecom Oy (2886184-9, later the seller) undertake to comply with.

Invecom Oy does not guarantee uninterrupted and flawless activities in the e -commerce and may have interruptions on the service. Invecom Oy is not responsible for any damage to the use of the e -commerce.

The online store sells products whose seller under the Consumer Protection Act is Invecom Oy.                                                                                                          

 

2.The products

Our online store offers the following products and services:

-Diamond Paintings

-Paint By Numbers

-Scratch Art

-Painting easels

-Equipment and accessories for paint by numbers and diamond painting

3.The purpose of the contract

The purpose of the agreement is to define the more detailed content of the product or service provided by the seller, and the terms of it. Both the terms and conditions of the customer's responsibility and order.

The seller and the customer undertake to fulfill their own responsibilities and respect the terms of order and delivery referred to in this Agreement.

 

4. ordering

The client (individual) must be of legal age and sovereign.

The company, in turn, must be registered in the trade or association register and the company representative must have the right to represent the company.

The personal, address and billing information entered by the customer must be up-to-date and correct. The customer is obliged to inform the seller about the changed information if they have an impact on billing or product supply.

 

 

5.Sc.

The usual delivery time for warehouse products is 1-3 business days.

For products manufactured on request, the delivery time is about 7 business days.

Our delivery area is the whole of Finland.

The shipping fee is € 6.90. Customized products are shipped from another warehouse, which may cause additional shipping costs for the order. Delivery costs over 60 € free. 

 

6. Recovery and Disassembly of Trade

The customer has the right to replace or return the entire order or part of the order within 14 days of receipt of the order under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

The right of return applies only to unused and sales -capable products in the original packaging, as well as products that are not made on the customer.

When you return the order you submit, the customer must first contact the seller by email: info@paintbynumbers.fi. Please also note that the seller is not responsible for the shipping costs of the product or any problems, loss or decomposition of the product. It is a good idea for the customer to maintain a recovery receipt for verification.

In the case of refunds, the payment will be returned to the payment method used in the order once the product has returned to the seller. The customer will receive the amount they pay back to the payment method they use within 1-3 business days after receiving and checked the returned product.

There is no right to return or demolition for paintings made from the customer's image if the product has already been made.

The customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of the order, notifying the seller. In such a case, the amount paid by the customer will be returned to the payment method of his or her choice in his order.

Paytrail is a safe payment method for the customer. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the NETS family.

The Paytrail Payment Service will forward your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card invoice shows Paytrail Oyj, we have forwarded your payment.

The online store operates as a marketer for products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory transaction and other obligations they define. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store directly from which the product is ordered.

8. Customer use and storage of images

The seller undertakes to process and use the customer's images with confidence.

The images are only used to make the product ordered by the customer and then be destroyed.

If the seller would like to use the image of the product he made of the customer's image in marketing, the customer will be asked separately if the image sent by the customer as a model to the seller can be clearly and completely distinguished from the image of the finished product.

Please note that the customer will download their image on a third -party platform Cloudlift, and the seller is not responsible for the functioning, effects of this platform, or how Cloudlift handles images. Cloudlift retains the images uploaded by the customer for 180 days, after which the images are exit.

The seller uses at least the following programs to edit the customer's images: Photoshop, Illustrator, Cloud Diamond Painting, Hitpaw, Luminar Neo and Prima Cartoonizer. The seller is not responsible for the operation or effects of these programs.

9. Online Shop intellectual property rights

The content of the online store (pictures, texts, product information, trademarks, videos, logos and tables) is protected by the seller or its partners. Their unauthorized use and copying are prohibited. Finnish law applies to intellectual property rights.

 

10. The duration of the contract

The agreement and the customer relationship will enter into force from the time of approval of this agreement, that is, the moment the customer places the order.

 

11.The protection

Preparation, processing and delivery of an order may require the seller to process personal data that is always implemented In accordance with the valid privacy statement, and which the customer accepts. Together, these terms and conditions and the Privacy Statement form an agreement on the processing of personal data.

The seller retains all information provided by the customer through comprehensive security measures. Data recording and processing is done through service providers known as safe, data is protected by carefully limited access rights and is only processed for the purpose for which it has been collected. All information is always processed with trust.

The seller undertakes to ensure his security in a generally accepted manner, reliably and takes the necessary actions to prevent third parties from unauthorized access to their information systems with appropriate technical solutions. However, the seller does not guarantee complete security.

 

12.I

The overwhelming obstacle is an unpredictable event that prevents or makes it unreasonably difficult to fulfill the seller's contractual obligations within the time limit. Such events include war, rebellion, natural disaster, general interruption of energy distribution, or exceptionally extensive non -telecommunications, fire, strike, blockade or equally significant and unusual independent of the agreement. The seller must immediately inform the customer of the overwhelming obstacle and its effects and the end of the overwhelming obstacle.

These conditions are subject to Finnish law. Disputes concerning the interpretation or implementation of the agreement and the terms of the agreement and its concerns are primarily resolved by negotiation. If the matter is not resolved by agreement, the Helsinki District Court will be determined by the first instance.
