Order Terms
By ordering our products or services and using the paintbynumbers.eu online store, you agree to these terms, which the Customer (individual or company) must read in full. This is a prerequisite for ordering. The order constitutes a contract that both the Customer and Invecom Oy (2886184-9, hereinafter referred to as the Seller) commit to comply with.
Invecom Oy does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the online store, and there may be interruptions in the service. Invecom Oy is not responsible for damages related to the use of the online store.

The online store sells products for which the consumer protection law's Seller is Invecom Oy.
2.Products
Our online store offers the following products and services:

-tools and accessories for Paint By Numbers and Diamond Painting
3.Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of the agreement is to define the specific content of the product or service offered by the seller and the related terms. As well as the terms related to the customer's responsibility and order.
The seller and the customer commit to fulfilling their obligations and respecting the order and delivery terms mentioned in this agreement.
4.Ordering
The customer (individual) must be of legal age and fully competent.
The company, on the other hand, must be registered in the trade or association register, and the representative of the company must have the right to represent the company.
The personal, address, and billing information entered by the customer must be up-to-date and correct. The customer is obliged to inform the Seller of any changes in the information if they affect billing or product delivery.
5.Delivery Terms
Stock products are usually delivered in 4–8 business days with GLS Standard or in 1–3 business days with FedEx International Priority. Custom-made products require an additional 1–3 business days for production.
We deliver to many EU countries, as well as Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout.
GLS Standard costs €7.90 and is free on orders over €80. FedEx International Priority costs €24.90. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local VAT, customs duties and other import charges. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6.Returns and Cancellation
The customer has the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order.
The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. as well as products that have not been manufactured according to the customer's order.
When returning a delivered order, the customer must first contact the seller by email: info@paintbynumbers.eu. Please also note that the Seller is not responsible for postage costs arising from product exchange or any problems, losses, or breakages related to the return. It is advisable for the customer to keep the return receipt for verification purposes.
In case of returns, the payment will be refunded to the payment method used in the order once the product has been returned to the seller. The customer will receive the amount paid back to their chosen payment method within 1-3 business days after the seller has received and inspected the returned product.
There is no right of return or cancellation for paintings made from the customer's image if the production of the product has already started.
Orders for products other than those made from the customer's own photo can be cancelled within 14 days of ordering by notifying the Seller. In such cases, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded to the payment method chosen in the order.
7. Payment Terms
The payment methods available depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and, if you choose them, by PayPal or Klarna.
Card payments and digital wallets
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay cards, as well as with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and are not stored in the online store's systems.
Local payment methods
Depending on your country, you can also pay with iDEAL | Wero (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) or MobilePay (Denmark and Finland).
PayPal and Klarna
If you pay with PayPal or Klarna, that provider's terms also apply and are shown when you approve the payment. The Klarna payment options offered vary by country.
If you want to make a complaint or return a product, please contact us directly, not the payment provider.
8. Customer photos
The Customer is responsible for having the right to use the photo they send. The Seller uses the photo only to make the ordered product and may crop and adjust it for that purpose. The Seller does not publish the photo without the Customer's permission. How photos are processed and how long they are kept is explained in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
9. Online store Intellectual property rights
The content of the online store (images, texts, product information, trademarks, videos, logos, and tables) is protected by the copyrights of the Seller or its partners. Unauthorized use and copying are prohibited. Finnish law applies to intellectual property rights.
10. Duration of the contract
The contract and customer relationship come into effect at the moment of acceptance of this agreement, i.e., when the Customer places an order.
11. Data protection
The Seller processes the Customer's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Seller stores all information provided by the Customer with comprehensive security measures. Data storage and processing are done through service providers known to be secure, data is protected with strictly limited access rights, and is processed only for the purpose for which it was collected. All information is always handled confidentially.
The Seller is committed to ensuring its data security in a generally accepted, reliable manner and takes necessary actions to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to its information systems with appropriate technical solutions. However, the Seller does not guarantee complete data security.
12. Force majeure
Force majeure is an unforeseeable event that prevents or makes it unreasonably difficult for the Seller to fulfill its contractual obligations within the specified time. Such events include war, rebellion, natural disaster, general interruption of energy distribution, or exceptionally extensive failure of telecommunications connections, fire, strike, blockade, or any other equally significant and unusual reason independent of the contracting parties. The Seller must promptly inform the Customer of the force majeure and its effects, as well as the cessation of the force majeure.
13. Other
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes regarding the interpretation or enforcement of the contract and its terms are primarily resolved through negotiation. If the matter cannot be resolved by agreement, the case will be decided by the Helsinki District Court as the first instance.
