How Does Paint by Numbers Work?
It's pretty simple: your canvas has numbered sections, and your paint pots have matching numbers. Find number 1 on the canvas, grab paint pot 1, and fill in that area. Then move on to number 2, and so on.
You work section by section, and before you know it, a real painting appears. It's surprisingly calming – great for winding down after work or spending a quiet evening at home.

What should I do if a paint has dried out or is missing?
First identify the design and the paint number concerned. A dried paint and a pot missing from a delivery are different situations. Our dried or missing paint instructions help you decide when to contact customer service.
Do I need to use every colour during my first painting session?
No. Start with a small part of the picture and work through a few areas at a time. Open only the paints you need, close pots during breaks and rinse your brush when changing colour.
