Shipping Policy

Stock products are usually delivered in 4–8 business days with GLS Standard or 1–3 business days with FedEx International Priority. Custom-made products require an additional 1–3 business days for production.

We deliver to many EU countries, as well as Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout.

GLS Standard costs €7.90 and is free on orders over €80. FedEx International Priority costs €24.90.

For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, clearance fees and other import charges.

Returns and Cancellation

Consumers may cancel and return eligible standard products within 14 days of receiving them. Submit the request through the Cancel or return an order service or email info@paintbynumbers.eu.

After the request has been reviewed, returns are normally handled through GLS. When you use our return service, a €5.40 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund. No return fee is charged for an incorrect, defective or transit-damaged product.

You may handle a product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack the return carefully, preferably in the original packaging if available. You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made from your own photo or otherwise made to your specifications and clearly personalised. A personalised order may still be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, it cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method; any additional cost of an express delivery method is not refunded. We may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
