Vegetables and Fruit Basket

This paint by numbers features a rich still life with a woven basket surrounded by a variety of vegetables and fruits. You can paint eggplants, tomatoes, squash, berries, honeycomb, and leafy greens, all placed together in a colorful arrangement. The palette includes bright yellows, deep reds, purples, and lush greens, providing plenty of color contrast and interesting sections to fill in. The intricate details make this kit ideal for anyone who enjoys painting realistic food and plant themes. Suitable for intermediate painters or those looking for a rewarding challenge.

Paint by numbers is a relaxing way to create real art — no prior experience needed. Follow the numbered areas, and you'll have a finished painting ready to frame. Perfect for unwinding after work or as a mindful weekend project.

How to get started

  1. Preparation: Check that the package contains all the supplies. Have a glass of water and paper towels nearby for cleaning brushes.
  2. Work order: Start from the top of the canvas and work downwards. This way, you avoid your hand touching wet paint as the work progresses.
  3. One color at a time: Paint all areas of the same number at once. Keep paint cups closed when not in use to prevent acrylic paint from drying.
  4. Brush maintenance: Wash and dry the brush thoroughly each time you change colors. If light paint doesn't cover the number, let it dry and add another layer.
