Once you have selected the size and uploaded your image, your order is forwarded to our designer. We check each image before production – if there are challenges with the image (e.g. too dark, blurry, or cropping issues), we will contact you via email before starting production. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, after which the package is shipped.

Shipping is via GLS Standard by default (4–8 business days). If you need faster delivery, DHL Express (1–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Delivery is via GLS Standard (4–8 business days) by default. DHL Express (1–3 business days) is available at checkout.

Free GLS Standard shipping on orders over €80. DHL Express costs €12.90, or +€5 on orders over €80.

Custom orders: you can cancel your order before production starts by contacting us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has started, custom products can no longer be cancelled or returned. If anything is defective or missing, we will sort it out.
