Delivery Areas, Methods and Prices
We ship across the EU and selected non-EU destinations. Shipping options and final costs are always shown at checkout.
- EU — GLS Standard: €7.90 (free on orders over €80), delivery in 4–8 business days
- EU — DHL Express: €12.90, delivery in 1–3 business days
- DHL upgrade on orders over €80: +€5.00
- Selected non-EU destinations — DHL Express: from €17.90, usually 1–3 business days
Important: standard checkout delivery is GLS. DHL Express is an optional paid upgrade.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- EU deliveries: no customs duties on delivery.
- Non-EU deliveries: any import duties, taxes, and handling fees are paid by the customer.
Returns (EU)
You can return unused, resalable standard products within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds are issued after inspection, usually within 14 days to the original payment method.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products (for example, products made from your own photo) cannot be returned once production has started.
You can request cancellation before production starts by contacting us as soon as possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number and photos. If confirmed, we provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Uncollected Shipments
An uncollected shipment is not treated as a standard return.
- We can resend the shipment (new shipping cost applies), or
- refund the order minus shipping and handling costs already incurred.
