Can you design it for me?
The editor is a self-service tool: you choose the photo, adjust it and approve the result yourself before ordering. If you would like us to design it for you, order a custom diamond painting from your photo – just upload the photo and we take care of the rest.
How does ordering work?
Choose a photo or create one with AI, pick the size and the diamond shape, adjust the picture and fix single diamonds by hand if you like. When you are happy with it, add it to the cart and we will make it.
What kind of photo works best?
A photo where the face or main subject is close, the light is good, the image is sharp and the background simple works best. Avoid dark or blurry photos and small social media images. For group photos and landscapes, choose 60x80 cm or larger. The editor warns you if the resolution is not enough for the chosen size.
How many colours will my painting have?
The editor chooses the DMC colours automatically to suit your photo. The maximum depends on the size: 35 colours when the shorter side is 30 cm, 45 when it is 40 cm and 60 when it is 50 cm or more. You can add and change colours when editing by hand. The price does not depend on the number of colours.
Can I edit the diamonds by hand?
Yes. In the edit view you can draw with the pen, fill areas, pick a colour from the painting, replace a colour everywhere or remove a colour. Every change can be undone.
Square or round diamonds?
Round diamonds are easier and quicker to place, so they suit beginners well. Square diamonds sit closer together and give a sharper, mosaic-like result. For an easy start choose round, for the neatest surface choose square.
Do iPhone HEIC photos work?
Yes. The editor converts HEIC photos automatically, so you can pick a photo straight from your phone's library.
How does the AI picture work?
Describe what the picture should show and choose a style: illustration, painting, photo or storybook. The picture is usually ready in about 15 seconds, and you can use it in the editor like a photo.
How long does delivery take?
Manufacturing 1-3 business days + GLS Standard 4-8 business days (FedEx 1-3 available).
Can I return the product?
There is no right of return, because every order is made individually from your pattern. You can cancel the order before production starts by contacting our customer service. If your painting is missing diamonds, we send replacements free of charge.
Is my photo safe?
Your photo never leaves your device: the editor creates the diamond pattern in your browser, and with the order we store only the finished diamond pattern. See our privacy policy.
Is this a diamond painting generator?
Yes. In the editor you can use a photo or create a picture with AI, choose the size and see the finished diamond painting before ordering. Unlike a plain generator, you can order the result as a complete kit with all supplies.
