Bicycles by the Canal

This paint by numbers features a classic Dutch city scene with several bicycles resting against a canal bridge. Colorful buildings line both sides of the water, while leafy trees add a natural touch to the urban view. The reflected light on the canal and the details in the windows, bricks, and bike wheels offer plenty of interesting painting challenges. A rich palette brings out contrasts between the architecture, greenery, and water. Perfect for anyone who enjoys painting detailed city scenes and lively street views.

Paint by numbers is a relaxing way to create real art — no prior experience needed. Follow the numbered areas, and you'll have a finished painting ready to frame. Perfect for unwinding after work or as a mindful weekend project.

How to get started

  1. Preparation: Check that the package contains all the supplies. Have a glass of water and paper towels nearby for cleaning brushes.
  2. Work order: Start from the top of the canvas and work downwards. This way, you avoid your hand touching wet paint as the work progresses.
  3. One color at a time: Paint all areas of the same number at once. Keep paint cups closed when not in use to prevent acrylic paint from drying.
  4. Brush maintenance: Wash and dry the brush thoroughly each time you change colors. If light paint doesn't cover the number, let it dry and add another layer.
