Dachshund in Flower Garden

This paint by numbers features a brown dachshund walking along a gravel path surrounded by potted flowers and lush greenery. On both sides of the path, terracotta pots are filled with lavender and pale blossoms, creating a rich tapestry of green, purple, and cream colors. The dog's coat offers fine details to paint, while the garden background provides varied textures and shades. This kit is perfect for anyone who enjoys animals and nature scenes. The detailed plants and gentle light make for an engaging painting experience.

Paint by numbers is a relaxing way to create real art — no prior experience needed. Follow the numbered areas, and you'll have a finished painting ready to frame. Perfect for unwinding after work or as a mindful weekend project.

How to get started

  1. Preparation: Check that the package contains all the supplies. Have a glass of water and paper towels nearby for cleaning brushes.
  2. Work order: Start from the top of the canvas and work downwards. This way, you avoid your hand touching wet paint as the work progresses.
  3. One color at a time: Paint all areas of the same number at once. Keep paint cups closed when not in use to prevent acrylic paint from drying.
  4. Brush maintenance: Wash and dry the brush thoroughly each time you change colors. If light paint doesn't cover the number, let it dry and add another layer.
