You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us. The first tracking update can take a day or two.

Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days. A kit made from your photo is produced first, usually in 1–3 business days.

If the tracking has not updated in five business days, write to us.

Sign in with the email address of your order and the code we email you. No password needed.

You can request a cancellation or a return of a standard product yourself in your customer account. An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. You have 14 days from receiving the product to return it, and the return costs €5,40. Returning a faulty or damaged product is free: choose “Something is missing or broken” instead.

An order made from your photo can only be cancelled before production begins. In that case write to us straight away.

Please check the package once more: a paint pot or a bag of drills often hides under another bag.

We send missing parts free of charge. If a product arrives damaged, we send a new one or refund it.

You don't need to ask in advance whether your photo is suitable. Upload it on the product page: we check every photo and contact you if something needs attention.
