We always process your personal information legally, fairly and transparently. We will only collect and process your information if we have a legal basis for it, for example, in order to fulfill the contract or to deal with statutory obligations.

🖼️ IV. Images uploaded by the customer (customized products)

We only handle the images uploaded by the customer for manufacturing customized products (eg numeric paintings or diamond paintings from the customer's image). The images are not used for any other purpose without the customer's separate consent.

Images are removed from our system and third -party services (eg Cloudlift) as soon as the order has been made and delivered or no later than 180 days after the pictures are uploaded. Invecom Oy is not responsible for the security of third -party services in their responsibility.

The information is stored and processed with carefully protected servers. Information may be disclosed to the following third parties:

• Payment service providers (eg. Shopify Payments, Paytrail, PayPal)
• Logistics Partners (eg Matkahuolto, Posti, GLS, DHL)
• Image Handling Services (eg Cloudlift)

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU/EEA without proper protection measures.

Personal data will only be retained for as long as it is necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Statement or the time required by law. At the customer's request, the information may be deleted within 30 days.
